All items are custom-made and personalized, therefore all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or a concern with the final product—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

While refunds are not offered on custom items, we are committed to ensuring your order reflects the details provided and meets Royalty Crafting quality standards.
