By placing an order with Royalty Crafting, you agree to these terms.

All products are handmade and custom-made based on customer provided details. Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization information is correct at checkout.

A final mockup or proof may be provided for approval when applicable. Once the mockup is approved and production has begun, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations after this point.

If there is an issue with your order (damage or production error), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist with a resolution.

Royalty Crafting reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.
